Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Finance Manager to be a key member of the Leadership team in Israel+SSA and MENAT. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing divisions within Amazon. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will engage closely with business leaders and their teams, providing strategic support by developing financial models and generating analytical insights to evaluate business opportunities and concepts, turning insights into operational measurements. Further, you will drive innovation to improve our planning and forecasting tools and processes.

The successful candidate will support business leaders and their teams in developing strategic initiatives, identifying measures of success and performance benchmarks and ensuring the most efficient use and allocation of resources to drive maximum value for AWS. As a business partnering role you will need to build strong relationships not only with the segment leader and account managers, but also with stakeholders in support functions across EMEA. You will have joint ownership of a sales target with your business partners, thus not only will you be expected to understand trends and communicate insights to leadership, but also work on forward looking sales strategy for the future success of your scope. As any finance team member, you will guarantee the highest level of controllership in your scope.

We are an EMEA wide team, therefore this role will also include project work and the requirement to be an EMEA wide Subject Matter Expert in a given topic as well.

Key job responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
. Drive short- and long-term financial insights and strategy deployment for New entities launch in Sub-Saharian Africa and MENAT.
. Provide strategic support to key business initiatives and investment
. Collaborate with business teams to identify and set the right Input and Output Goals for strategic initiatives and programs
. Build and implement review mechanisms to consistently inform business leaders on performance against Goals, produce insights and drive action-oriented discussions
. Build robust financial methodologies and models to provide multi-year revenue growth projections

This role requires a self-starter with a strong financial modeling background, advanced Excel abilities, problem solving skills, a keen attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations, and project management skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
. 15+ years' proven expertise in finance positions that require business partnering and stakeholder management
. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA/CFA/CFA Preferred
.Ability to navigate through ambiguity
.Demonstrated financial acumen including data interpretation of actuals business results, analyses and forecasting
.Top Executive communication, written and oral.
