Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a positive work environment.
Assist in developing engagement initiatives and activities to boost morale.
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Performance Management:
Assist in performance appraisal processes and ensure timely feedback is provided.
Work with managers to identify training needs and development plans.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Administer employee benefits such as medical insurance, leave, and other company policies.
HR Compliance & Policies:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain and update employee handbooks, HR policies, and procedures.
Support audits and ensure proper record-keeping of HR documentation.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for employees.
Assist in organizing workshops and skill development sessions.
Employee Exit & Offboarding:
Manage exit interviews and provide insights for employee retention strategies.
Process final settlements, experience letters, and ensure smooth offboarding
