We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive / HR Generalist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy in HR systems.
Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance coordination.
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company initiatives.
Assist in employee engagement programs and performance evaluations.
Prepare HR-related reports and maintain compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate with departments to address employee concerns and provide HR support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of HR generalist experience.
Strong understanding of HR processes and UAE labor law (or specify relevant country).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (experience with ZenHR is an advantage).

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
