The primary responsibility of this role is to promote, increase awareness and ensure our product portfolio is specified in high-profile projects across the UAE and listed with leading architect and consultant firms.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Specification:
Present and specify our products to architects, consultants, developers and clients through visits, seminars, CPDs, and specification publications.

Prepare and submit relevant documents and certifications to support product specification and approval processes.

Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, consultants, developers and key accounts.

Reporting:
Provide regular activity reports, market feedback, and progress updates to the GTV Management.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure a smooth transition from specification to sales.

Professional Development:
Attend training sessions, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to stay updated on industry trends, products and specification best practices.

Additional Duties:
Support other tasks as needed to meet our company objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any related field (marketing, architectrure, civil engineering) Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in the UAE Ability to present products professionally and effectively Excellent communication, and presentation skills Highly self-motivated and results-driven Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary Package:

Competitive salary plus commission
