Key Accountabilities
Manage Consumer & Enterprise RRMC data and conducting sample data audits and ongoing monitoring of the agreed indicators, investigate any threshold breaks against the TDRA mandatory data field between the systems (EDMS, CRM, BSCS, and DWH) and create reporting metrics, and KPI deviations encountered during data generation to higher Management.
Manage RRMC process & documentation for direct/indirect channels to ensure all registrations for mobile customers are following the RRMC policy.
Provide response to TDRA requests/escalations related to RRMC policy items within a timely manner.
Identify and highlight risk areas and work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure that there are immediate actions to mitigate customer impact and work towards end-to-end resolution.
Ensure the regular TDRA reports are submitted within permitted RRMC parameters and manage ad-hoc investigation cases for any digressions.
List possible long term problem solutions (i.e., automation, process enforcement, training, additional QA, policy changes, etc.).
Train business users on RRMC requirements and share any policy update.
Report any issues which might impact RRMC compliance to senior management along with compliance proposal.
Investigate and resolve noncompliance notes flagged by TSRM to avoid any TRA potential fines.
Interface with cross-functional streams, delivery manager as well as BAU to illicit requirements.
Support various data management requirements including proofread documents, develop response packages and other documents as needed. Perform document formatting and quality assurance activities.
Ensure TDRA regulations around data security are followed across the entire program.
TDRA regulations are implemented as the result of a successful and exceptional onboarding and coexistence experience.
Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor or higher Degree.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of Experience in a similar role
Good understanding of problem management, analysis, and reporting
Strong communication skills
Experience in Telecom Industry
Good understanding of different du systems (EDMS/CRM/BSCS.Etc.)
Experience in business analysis, business process modelling, information models development, use cases etc.
Understanding of and experience with TDRA or similar regulatory boards and managing expectations of such entities.
