Job Description

Key responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operations assigned by the section manager for the ADSG to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures. xe2x96xaa Support the development of membership of the ADSG and engagement with key stakeholders xe2x96xaa Support the development of strategies and plans for appropriate membership services and review existing services xe2x96xaa Continuously engage ADSG members to contribute and participate. xe2x96xaa Continuously follow up & monitor activity of members. xe2x96xaa Manag ADSG Communication (website, social media, newsletter, e-Journal)
Use content from members across different channels (e.g. publications, policy advocacy to government, website, content for seminars, articles for ADSG Journal, etc.) xe2x96xaa Coordinate the delivery of sustainability projects to ADSG members, stakeholders and various working groups. xe2x96xaa Work under the supervision of the Section Manager and with others in the business to formulate and implement effective development plans. xe2x96xaa Receive, review and develop the agenda and assess new applications for memberships and identify and assess new potential partnerships and alliances. xe2x96xaa Support facilitation sessions and meetings with decision makers in order to ensure provision of all relevant information and engage stakeholders to inform selection of appropriate member services. xe2x96xaa Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to ADSG in order to facilitate flow of information, ensure stakeholder engagement and build awareness. xe2x96xaa Participate in promoting the involvement of the private sector, NGOs, and major interest groups in ADSG. xe2x96xaa Encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high environmental, social and governance performance standards. xe2x96xaa Report on a regular basis to the Section Manager and ADSG Director on the operational activities of the group members, challenges and issues faced, mitigations taken, etc. as required, to keep informed and updated on the groups activities
Administrative responsibilities
Strategic Planning o Support with and maintain awareness of section/unit objectives and plans inline with division/sections long and short-term strategy, goals and objectives and annual and operational plans o Maintain knowledge of new and existing KPI requirements as an individual employee xe2x96xaa Budget Management o Provide input towards budget preparation for the section/unit xe2x96xaa Corporate Performance Management o Achieve the objectives of the unit/section and support colleagues in achieving the same o Engage with the unit/section head to identify opportunities to improve unit/section performance
Organizational responsibilities
Governance o Maintain awareness and adherence to the unit/section policies and procedures o Ensure compliance of the unit/section to the guidelines defined by division/sections, such as, HR, legal, risk and quality assurance in addition to EADs framework and DoA o Participate in the periodic audit of the established policies and procedures
Management Reporting o Contribute to the development of periodic reports, as requested by unit/section heads o Propose and recommend remedial activities to manage any quality or non- compliance issues that arise during the review of periodic reports xe2x96xaa Technology Management o Support in the process of identifying unit/sections technology-related needs that helps drive automation within the unit and direct line of work xe2x96xaa Information Security o Read and understand the Information Security policy to ensure compliance xe2x96xaa Change Management o Support the execution of change management activities in the unit/section xe2x96xaa Professional Development o Proactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work and inline with EADs values/behaviors o Participate in performance appraisals and reflect on the feedback and recommendations provided by the line manager for development xe2x96xaa Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) o Ensure awareness of and adherence to all relevant occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines, policies and procedures o Comply with all relevant OHS guidelines, policies and procedures, implement integral elements of the OHS management system as applicable to the job and ensure incidents and hazards are reported in a timely manner o Provide support in conducting OHS audits and inspections to ensure a healthy and safe work environment xe2x96xaa Business Continuity o Support in providing expert technical support as required by senior management / and business continuity in order to enhance organizational agility and resilience, and promote business continuity xe2x96xaa Environmental Emergency and Crisis o Support in providing expert technical support as required by senior management / and Environmental Emergency and Crisis in order to manage environmental emergency and crisis management system Effectively, through advance preparedness, effective emergency response, prevention, and recovery planning, in order to prevent the occurrence of serious threats that may have an impact on the environment in the short or long term
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, marketing, Sustainability or any related technical specialization
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field; for Bachelors Degree graduate and 4 years for Diploma Degree graduate.
