Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and Growth:



Develop and execute the company's short-term and long-term business strategy, aligning with market opportunities and Board objectives. Drive significant top-line revenue growth and market share expansion through new business acquisition and optimization of existing service portfolio. Analyze the FM market (including Hard and Soft FM, IFM trends, technology, and competitors) to identify and capitalize on opportunities for new services and geographical expansion. Lead major strategic initiatives, including M&A activities, strategic partnerships, and technological advancements (e.g., smart building systems, robotics).

2. Financial Performance and P&L Management:



Full ownership and accountability for the company's Profit & Loss (P&L), balance sheet, and overall financial health. Develop, manage, and adhere to the annual operating budget, ensuring efficient working capital management and financial solvency. Monitor key financial and operational metrics (KPIs) such as contract profitability, employee utilization rate, and new business acquisition rate to drive performance and continuous improvement. Lead the CFO and finance team in financial forecasting, reporting, and investor relations.

3. Operational Excellence and Service Delivery:



Oversee all operational functions, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective facility management services (Hard, Soft, and Integrated FM). Spearhead a continuous improvement mindset, redesigning processes to enhance operational efficiencies and service standardization across all contracts. Ensure full compliance with all statutory, regulatory, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements (e.g., ISO certifications, local regulations). Drive the implementation of advanced technologies for facility optimization and digital transformation.

4. Leadership and Culture:



Build, develop, mentor, and performance-manage a high-performing, geographically separated executive and management team. Cultivate a company culture of ownership, accountability, integrity, and client-centric service delivery. Champion employee development, talent management, and succession planning across the organization.

5. Stakeholder and Client Relations:



Serve as the primary external face of the company, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, investors, suppliers, and industry peers. Lead high-stakes negotiations and contractual agreements. Act as the primary liaison between the executive team and the Board of Directors, providing transparent and timely updates on performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.

Experience:

Minimum of [10-15]+ years of progressive experience in the Facility Management industry, with at least [5-7]+ years in a senior executive leadership role. Deep, hands-on experience within the FM business, with a strong understanding of both Hard and Soft FM services and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) practices. Proven track record of managing a large P&L and driving profitable growth in a service-oriented business. Demonstrated experience in successful business development and client relationship management within the FM sector.
Skills and Competencies:

Exceptional strategic thinking and vision, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable, best-in-class execution. Master communicator and emotionally intelligent leader with proven ability to influence and inspire a diverse team. Strong financial acumen, experienced in budgeting, financial analysis, and managing working capital. Decisive and resilient leadership, able to maintain focus and drive performance under pressure. Deep expertise in corporate governance and experience reporting to a Board of Directors, preferably in a publicly listed or private equity-backed environment.
