Job Title: Specialist Fire&Rescue Training & Competence Management Location: UAE Abu Dhabi Experience: 10 - 20 Year Language: English, Arabic
JOB DESCRIPTION : Review recommendations aligned to identified training and development solutions for the review team to endorse. Group Company operations including the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. (Current State Report). Assist in the development of the overarching roadmap and the action plan for the implementation of the strategy, including the timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources with the primary focus on Fire Team Staff competence. Support the development of a change management strategy / process and the stakeholder engagement for the successful execution of the review recommendations.
