TRAINING SPECIALIST - FIRE & RESCUE required urgently for a reputed Oil & Gas Company in Abu Dhabi:

Qualifications:

Engineering in Health & Safety / Graduation.
10-15 years\' experience in fire and rescue training and competence delivery and development of training programs, preferably in the oil & gas industry, industrial and aviation sectors.
A proven track record in training and competence management within fire and rescue operations.
Should have sound knowledge of the best practices and the international standards in fire and rescue training and competence requirements, including NFPA and European frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills.
