Job Title: Senior Specialist, Fire & Rescue Operations (Project Fire) Location: Abu Dhabi Experience: 10 to 25 Years Language: Excellent in English
JOB DESCRIPTION A minimum of 10 years of experience in fire and rescue services, preferably in the oil and gas industry. A proven track record of supervisory management within fire and rescue projects, preferably in the context of organizational transformation and improvement. Support the development of the vision and strategy. Support the change management process and the stakeholder engagement for the successful execution of the project. Deliver project review recommendations and business case solutions for Executive Leadership team endorsement. Assist in the development of the roadmap and the action plan for the implementation of the strategy, including the timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources. A strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
