Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle daily driving duties for company staff, documents, and materials. Purchase required items from suppliers, hardware shops, auto parts shops, or other locations as instructed. Deliver and pick up documents, cheques, invoices, and materials safely and on time. Maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition (fuel, service, tyre check, etc.). Assist with basic office tasks when required (filing, delivery, small errands). Ensure all purchase receipts and vouchers are submitted to accounts on time. Follow company routes, schedules, and safety regulations. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during company-related errands.

Requirements:



Valid UAE driving licence (Manual/Automatic). Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations. Basic communication skills (English preferred). Previous experience in purchasing or delivery work is an advantage. Honest, reliable, and punctual. Able to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
