We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Spare Parts Purchaser

for our auto workshop. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing spare parts to ensure timely availability for workshop operations. The role requires strong vendor management, negotiation skills, and knowledge of automotive spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and purchase automotive spare parts from local and international suppliers. Negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery timelines to achieve cost efficiency. Maintain and update a reliable database of suppliers and parts. Ensure timely availability of required parts to avoid job delays in the workshop. Verify quality and authenticity of spare parts before purchase. Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of part numbers and descriptions. Coordinate with the service and inventory teams for accurate stock control. Monitor market trends and maintain knowledge of competitive pricing. Handle warranty claims and supplier returns when required. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in spare parts purchasing (automotive industry). Strong knowledge of auto spare parts (OEM & aftermarket). Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Inventory systems. Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Arabic is a plus). Valid UAE driving license preferred.
