Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source spare parts for trucks, buses, and other fleet vehicles.
Negotiate with local and international suppliers for best prices and delivery terms.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely availability of parts.
Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed.
Keep detailed records of purchases, costs, and supplier information.
Coordinate with mechanics and workshop staff to understand part requirements.
Ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
as a parts purchaser or procurement officer in the
automotive or transportation sector in the UAE
.
Strong knowledge of
diesel and automotive spare parts
.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Familiarity with local UAE parts suppliers and markets.
Basic computer skills and inventory management systems knowledge.
