Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Spare Parts Purchaser

with a strong background in

used automotive spare parts procurement

, both locally and through online platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least

4 years of proven experience

in sourcing high-quality, cost-effective spare parts for a range of vehicle makes and models.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and procure

used automotive spare parts

from local and international suppliers. Conduct

online purchasing

through reputable portals and auction sites for used parts. Develop and maintain relationships with reliable spare parts vendors and recyclers. Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions to optimize cost and efficiency. Ensure timely procurement to avoid delays in maintenance and repair operations. Inspect and validate the quality and compatibility of received parts. Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier databases, and inventory reports. Coordinate with the workshop and inventory team to align purchasing with operational needs. Stay updated with market trends, new suppliers, and product alternatives.

Requirements:

Minimum

4+ years

of relevant experience in the UAE automotive industry. In-depth knowledge of

used automotive parts

, especially for major car brands. Strong experience in

online procurement

, including bidding or sourcing from platforms like eBay, Alibaba, Copart, etc. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing tasks simultaneously. UAE driving license is an advantage. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
