, excellent team management skills, and a commercially driven mindset to ensure parts availability, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end spare parts operations for forklifts and MHE
Lead and supervise a team of
parts executives / store staff
Ensure optimal stock availability, inventory control, and demand forecasting
Coordinate closely with
Service, Sales, and Operations
teams to support breakdowns and maintenance
Control parts cost, pricing, and margins to achieve
parts revenue and profitability targets
Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory and take corrective actions
Ensure timely procurement, supplier coordination, and accurate documentation
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quick turnaround and solution-oriented support
Requirements:
Minimum
10 years of experience
in Spare Parts management within the
MHE / Forklift industry
Strong technical knowledge of
MHE spare parts and components
Proven experience in managing a parts team
Good commercial understanding of pricing, margins, and inventory control
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Strong coordination and communication skills
Fluent in
English and Hindi

Valid UAE driving license
(mandatory)
Committed, proactive, and capable of handling operational challenges
