Job description
Maintain filing systems, employee records, and schedules
Assist with recruitment, screening and onboarding staff
Track employee attendance, leaves, and time daily records
Support payroll preparation and HR documentation
Maintain inventory of salon products and supplies
Preparing weekly product stock outs and monthly stock ordering
Preparing daily and month end reports
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of
2 years
of experience in a HR / Admin Assistant role.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Familiarity with salon/spa management software (e.g. Shortcut, Fresha, Zenoti, Salon Iris, Salonista)
Proficiency in scheduling tools and office software (MS Office / Google Workspace)
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
