to support our Human Resources department with daily administrative and HR-related tasks. The candidate must have prior
administrative experience in the UAE
and be familiar with local HR practices and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize employee files, contracts, and HR-related documents.
Update HR databases and ensure accuracy of employee records.
Track attendance, leave balances, and other employee data.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
Handle routine HR correspondence and internal communication.
Coordinate with departments for HR and administrative support requirements.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an HR or Admin Assistant in the UAE (mandatory).
Strong understanding of HR documentation and basic HR processes.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Salary:
AED 2,500 - 3,000 per month (based on experience)
