Job Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in HR and administrative functions, preferably in Qatar.
Knowledge of basic provisions of the Qatar Labour Law (e.g., contracts, leave policies, end-of-service benefits).
Experience in preparing and maintaining employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
Ability to handle recruitment support tasks (job posting, scheduling interviews, reference checks).
Familiarity with visa processing, work permits, and coordination with PRO for government-related tasks.
Strong administrative skills, including filing, correspondence, and document control.
Good communication skills in English
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Locally available in Qatar with valid QID and transferable visa.
Can join immediately
Salary package: Qar 4,500 full package
