Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and cook a wide range of South Indian dishes such as idli, dosa, vada, sambhar, rasam, chutneys, biryani, and curries. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety. Manage kitchen inventory and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Plan and prep daily menus based on availability and demand. Ensure taste, presentation, and portion sizes meet restaurant standards. Work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
