We are looking for an experienced Cook with expertise in preparing a variety of South Indian, keralites dishes, including paratha, rice and curry meals etc.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ingredient handling, portion control, and cost management. Experience in UAE-based restaurants is preferred.
Tea maker:
Basic knowledge of beverage preparation.
- Previous experience as a tea maker, or similar role is preferred.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness in the pantry and kitchen area.
- Restock tea, coffee, sugar, and other pantry supplies as needed.
Paratha maker:
Expertly preparing various types of parathas (e.g., plain, stuffed) according to established recipes and standards.
All South Indian dishes
Idly, Dosa, Wada
Mixing and kneading dough to the correct consistency.
Rolling, shaping, and cooking parathas on a griddle or tawa.
Ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
Note: candidates with independent visas/NOC are preferred.
