The Role We currently have an opening for a Solutions Engineer. In this position you will oversee technical aspects of Business Development for OSI’s Products. Specific on-the-job training will be provided.
Your Impact • Own the technical business development aspects of OSI’s products. • Work diligently on responding to the technical conformance and questionnaire responses of competitive bids. • Support the product demonstration team and technical contracting workshops during the competitive bid process. • Present product capabilities and field customer inquiries during OSI-led solution scoping workshops. • Represent OSI in a superior manner with an excellent attitude. • Manage assigned projects with care, concern and diligence. • Be decisive and innovative when resolving issues.
What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in technical field. • 2+ years of business and technical sales support experience in the energy industry. • Ability to travel. Preferred • Experience working in the operations group of an electric distribution utility. • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems. • 5+ years of business and technical sales support experience
