• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related specialization

• Arabic and English Communicating and Writing related to the field. It is a must. Specially in constructing PowerPoint presentation

• Several years of relevant Cloud Computing technology experience

• Excellent knowledge to the different Cloud services available

• Experience with Cloud Providers like Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, G42

• ITIL Certification in Service Delivery and Service Operations is required with at least 5 to 7 years' experience in Service Management with the last few years in Cloud technology or Cloud based Service Management

• Self-motivated, excellent communicator, strong negotiator with experience in Cloud architecture, service delivery, contract management, analytical thinking, decision making and presentation skills

• Working in a customer facing in a service-based role

• Good technical understanding and ability to keep up to date with rapidly changing market trends in Digital Transformation Cloud Computing, Big Data, AI, IOT and RPA

• Producing great documentation including target operating models, service designs, service descriptions, policies, processes & procedures

• Experience with Cloud Governance

• Good security background with hands-on knowledge of security equipment / software
