Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to lead solar power projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solar PV projects.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution

Develop and manage project timelines, scope, and budgets for solar PV projects. Oversee feasibility studies, site assessments, and regulatory approvals. Ensure compliance with local regulations, DEWA (Dubai Electricity & Water Authority) requirements, and international solar standards. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Stakeholder & Team Management

Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory authorities, and subcontractors. Ensure clear communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.

Quality & Safety Compliance

Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Monitor quality control measures and ensure compliance with technical specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project goals.

Financial & Risk Management

Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimations, and financial forecasts. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Optimize resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain detailed project documentation, progress reports, and presentations for stakeholders. Provide regular updates to senior management on project performance and challenges.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum

5-8 years

of experience in project management within the

solar energy

or renewable energy sector, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, energy storage solutions, and grid integration.

Regulatory Compliance:

Familiarity with

DEWA's Shams Dubai regulations

and UAE renewable energy policies.

Project Management Tools:

Proficiency in tools like

MS Project, Primavera, or ERP systems

.

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Languages:

Proficiency in

English
