Senior Project Manager - Solar Energy
Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager - Solar Energy for our Dubai operations at Sharaf DG. This role requires strong leadership in project execution, engineering, and client management within the solar PV domain, covering rooftop, carport, and ground-mounted installations across commercial and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, logistics coordinators, and document controllers
• Foster collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, and O&M departments
• Oversee full-cycle engineering and design of solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with DEWA and local authority guidelines
• Review and validate technical designs, IFC drawings, and vendor specifications
• Manage project execution lifecycle, monitor timelines, budget, safety, and client satisfaction
• Drive operational performance reviews, plant generation analysis, and O&M optimization
• Contribute to strategic business development by streamlining execution workflows and introducing automation tools

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's preferred
• DEWA-certified Senior Solar PV Expert
• Proven track record in solar project management and EPC execution
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, SolarEdge Designer, HOMER
• Experience managing consultants, EPC partners, and clients
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills
