Understand company\xe2\x80\x99s product offerings.
ERP Product Support / Implementation,
Understand and Map the Software Process with client requirement,
GAP Analysis, Provide Support / Training to the Client for ERP,
Handle Client Request and Issues, Application Monitoring and Reporting,
Maintaining Daily Log for all the Actions performed.
Commendable solution to all client\xe2\x80\x99s technical queries. Commendable solution to all client product queries.
Ensure the customer balance status prior to giving support & response in suitable manner with win situation.
Maintain technical documentation & CRM.
Assessment of infrastructure. Co-ordination With team & Seniors.
