Main Responsibilities: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account set up and network configuration, maintaining network and servers support (Configurations, Firewalls and other security related issues) Troubleshoot with flexibility and success across varying technology platforms such as PC, MAC, IOS, Android etc. Support in Biometric door access device Routine support on teaching and learning technology such as support for learning management systems Receives IT support requests, diagnose the problems and works on solution to ensure smooth operations Good understanding of computer system, mobile devices, and other tech products Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years UAE related experience
• Real Estate experience is a plus but no mandatory
• BS - IT graduate or any Information Technology course
• Excellent English communication skill
• Accommodating and flexible
• Can work in fast-paced environment and can handle pressure
