Our main services consist of: Business Model Design & Strategy Consultation Business Trip & Tour package Consultation Financial services and IPO Planning High-Tech Industrial layout Planning We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Executive (Language: English and Mandarin/Chinese language) for Business Set-up Strategy, Business Travel packages, Company Registration Project Teams. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Computer literate (Basic hardware\'s operation, in-depth office software operation, i.e.: Microsoft office, One Drive, and etc.) 2. Full professional English & Chinese proficiency 3. Highly organized, proactive and able to take initiative. 4. Presentable image and pleasant attitude are required. 5. Previous customer service experience is a plus. 6. Knowledge in Freezone, mainland, offshore company registration, corporate license rules & regulation, all types of visa application, etc. is a plus. 7. Experiences with tourism related service provider is a plus. 8. Strong business cooperation and negotiation skills. JOB DESCRIPTIONS listed as below (not limited to):
- Negotiate business deals with third-party service provider, partners and clients
- Understand clients\' requirements and customized travel / relocation / business plan for clients.
- Provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with partners and clients, follow up on client\'s request and application.
