We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) or related software solutions. As a Software Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing business opportunities with new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in need of HRMS solutions.
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience in B2B sales, specifically in HRMS, payroll software, or other related software solutions.
Proven experience in SaaS or cloud-based software sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
