to guide and scale our engineering team.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Software Engineering Team Leader

to manage a team of developers and drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality software systems. This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment. Collaborate with product owners, QA, and UX teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Ensure adherence to best coding practices, architecture standards, and code quality. Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team performance. Participate in technical reviews, architecture discussions, and system planning. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose relevant innovations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong technical background in backend/frontend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, .NET, React, Angular). Experience with databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment.
