Key Responsibilities - Construction Team Leadership and Project Delivery

• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver construction projects safely, on time, and within budget, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction at every stage.
• Develop and execute technical strategies that align with client requirements, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Promote and actively participate in business development by identifying new project opportunities, preparing compelling proposals, and supporting the sales process with technical expertise.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, championing best practice in safety, sustainability, and engineering innovation.

Skills and Expertise - Selling Skills, Technical Knowledge, and Communication

• Demonstrable experience in construction project selling, client engagement, and proposal development, with a clear ability to secure and grow business opportunities.
• In-depth technical knowledge of construction engineering, project methodologies, and industry regulations.
• Strong organisational capabilities to prioritise competing demands and deliver against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• IT proficiency, including familiarity with project management and engineering software suites.

Essential Qualifications & Experience - Construction Engineering Leadership

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in the construction sector, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery across a range of construction types and sectors.
