Job Summary:

The Soft Services Executive will be responsible for managing and supervising non-technical services within the facility, with a strong emphasis on cleaning operations. The role ensures high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction across all service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Housekeeping:

Supervise daily cleaning operations across all designated areas. Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards. Coordinate with cleaning vendors and in-house staff for optimal service delivery.

Vendor Management:

Liaise with outsourced service providers to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met. Monitor contractor performance and resolve service issues promptly.

Staff Supervision:

Manage soft services staff including attendance, grooming, and training. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Waste Management & Pest Control:

Oversee waste segregation, recycling, and disposal processes. Schedule and monitor pest control activities.

Customer Service:

Address client and tenant concerns efficiently. Maintain a feedback loop to improve service delivery.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare service performance reports and audit documentation. Ensure adherence to local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's in Facilities Management, Environmental Science, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in soft services, especially cleaning. Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards. Familiarity with UAE regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in CAFM systems and MS Office.
