Supervise day-to-day soft services operations across client sites.
Manage service providers/vendors for housekeeping, and other soft services.
Ensure all activities comply with contractual SLAs and company policies.
Conduct routine inspections and audits to monitor service quality and cleanliness.
Coordinate with other FM departments (MEP, security, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
Handle client complaints, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory and usage of cleaning materials and consumables.
Train and guide soft service staff to maintain quality and safety standards.
Prepare reports on service performance, incidents, and improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in soft services/facilities management in the UAE or GCC.
Knowledge of cleaning protocols
Experience in managing subcontractors and service vendors.
