Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, administration or any related field.
3-5 years of experience in soft services management, preferably within the UAE.
Experience in handling large teams and multiple service lines.
Knowledge of UAE hygiene and cleanliness standards, labor regulations, and soft service best practices.
UAE driving license (preferred )
