We are currently seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with a strong background in real estate marketing to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging advertisements and marketing materials for real estate properties. Manage and run social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Youtube,TikTok, etc.). Develop creative content to attract potential buyers, sellers, and tenants. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for property listings across platforms to generate leads and increase visibility of listings. Monitor performance of ads and campaigns to ensure maximum reach and engagement. Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals, project launches, and real estate trends. Apply SEO strategies for property listings and optimize visibility across digital platforms. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to maintain relevance and innovation in content. Support the sales team with marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a real estate company in the UAE. Proficient in creating ads and running paid campaigns on social media platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication in English Ability to manage multiple accounts and work under tight deadlines Flexible and open for growth Familiarity with real estate market trends in the UAE is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is a plus
