Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. This role involves developing social media strategies, creating and publishing content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance across platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice and building community online.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals. Create, edit, and schedule content (posts, stories, videos, reels, etc.) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify engagement opportunities. Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Track KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and generate performance reports. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency. Assist in managing paid social media campaigns when needed.

Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation. Strong knowledge of social platforms, tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite), and analytics. Excellent written and visual communication skills. Creativity with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.
