We are looking for an experienced

Social Media Specialist

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in

real estate marketing

2 years of experience in the real estate industry

and a minimum of

3 years of experience in Abu Dhabi

. The candidate should be fluent in both

English and Arabic

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.). Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies for better engagement and reach. Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media to target potential buyers, sellers, and investors. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align social media activities with overall business goals. Manage online community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the real estate industry. Design and edit high-quality images, videos, and graphics for social media posts. Track competitors' social media strategies and propose improvements. Ensure all social media content aligns with the company's branding and communication guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate social media marketing.

At least 3 years of experience working in Abu Dhabi.

Proficiency in

English and Arabic

(written and spoken). Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Experience with

social media advertising, analytics tools, and content creation.

Ability to create engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics. Strong communication and analytical skills. Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and online reputation management is a plus.
