Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement and maximizing ROI. Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends to maintain a cutting-edge approach. Monitor social media channels for emerging trends, industry news, and competitor activities. Manage and oversee social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules. Create and curate compelling content (text, image, video) tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Write and proofread creative copy for social media and marketing materials, including blog posts, property listings, and landing pages. Hire professional photographers for high-quality listing photos if needed. Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, fostering a positive online community and customer relationships. Build a significant number of followers on social media platforms. Run paid campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, tracking and optimizing ad performance to maximize ROI. Implement SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility of website content and social media profiles. Develop and execute online marketing strategies to promote real estate services and listings. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads. Monitor and analyze social media and website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Prepare detailed reports on social media performance, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Understand and communicate analytical data surrounding content trends and engagement.
