Position Overview:

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals. The ideal candidate has a passion for real estate, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to drive engagement and leads through creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to promote real estate listings, services, and brand awareness. Create engaging content (images, videos, reels, captions, stories) tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Manage the company's social media calendar and ensure consistent posting. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships online. Stay updated with the latest social media and real estate marketing trends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in real estate or property marketing. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools. Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills. Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.). Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
