The Role

Position Title:

Social Media Manager - Real Estate Development Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 12K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects. : o Develop and implement engagement strategies across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, while building strong relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates. o Manage a detailed content calendar, coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure aligned messaging and timely, visually consistent posts. o Monitor conversations, respond promptly to comments/messages in Arabic and English, and moderate user-generated content to foster a safe, engaging community. o Track performance metrics through monthly reports, gather insights from community feedback, and stay updated on social trends and platform changes to optimize engagement.



Requirements

Arabic nationals with ages 40 years old and below o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field. o Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a focus on community building. o Proficient in using social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
