Role Overview

As our

Social Media Manager

, you will be responsible for developing, curating, posting, and managing engaging content across all of LIV Developers' social media platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to align content with our brand strategy and project launches.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for platforms including Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn. Content Creation and schedule visually appealing and on-brand content (images, videos, stories, reels, etc.). Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community. Monitor analytics to track performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies for optimal engagement. Stay updated on social media trends, real estate market developments, and platform algorithm changes. Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators as needed. Promote project launches, events, site updates, and lifestyle-focused content that reflects LIV's premium brand.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in social media management (experience in real estate is a plus). Strong knowledge of all major platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, scheduling tools). Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to write compelling captions and CTAs tailored to the target audience. Experience with paid social media campaigns is an advantage. Passion for design, architecture, or real estate is a bonus.
