Job Description

We are looking for a

creative, analytical, and data-driven Social Media Growth Specialist

to join our team. This role will focus on driving

organic growth

across major platforms and boosting our

brand recognition

through engaging, trend-driven video/image content.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute strategies to grow organic reach and engagement across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms. Create short-form video and written content with the help of AI tools, staying ahead of emerging content trends. Run

data-driven A/B tests

to identify high-performing formats, headlines, and creative styles. Rapidly

iterate

based on test results to discover and scale "viral-worthy" growth opportunities. Analyze performance metrics, uncover insights, and continuously refine strategies to maximize ROI and engagement.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

social media growth, video content creation, or community building

. Strong understanding of

organic growth tactics

(algorithms, engagement hacks, trending formats). Hands-on experience with

AI tools

for text and video content creation. Strong

analytical skills

with the ability to extract insights from data and turn them into actionable strategies. A curious and experimental mindset -- someone who embraces a

test-learn-iterate

approach. Passion for content, storytelling, and building authentic connections with audiences.
Bonus Points

Previous success scaling a personal or brand account to significant reach. Familiarity with growth marketing tactics beyond social (SEO, influencer collabs, etc.). Enthusiasm for exploring new AI platforms and finding ways to leverage them for growth.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
