The
Social Media & Marketing Specialist
will be responsible for designing and executing creative campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and promote our IT services -- including
AI solutions, software products, and web development offerings

A key focus of this role will be
targeting and engaging potential audiences to maximize company subscriptions and client reach
, while managing a marketing team to deliver strong results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and implement
marketing campaigns
across digital platforms
Promote the company's
AI & Software Sales, Web Design & Development, and IT services
Manage brand presence across
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels
Target and engage audiences
to maximize
subscriptions and client conversions
Oversee
content creation
(ads, blogs, visuals, videos) tailored to IT services
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing optimization insights
Lead, mentor, and manage a
marketing team
effectively
Collaborate with sales, IT, and design teams to ensure aligned strategies
Support overall
business development goals
through creative marketing
Requirements
Minimum
4 years of proven experience
in Marketing / Social Media (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of
IT, Software, or Tech Industry marketing
Currently
inside UAE
and
can join immediately
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
Strong
command of marketing strategies, branding & client engagement
Proven ability to
manage a team successfully
