The Social media executive is responsible for ensuring that the flower brands products and services resonate with current or potential customers. In addition, they monitor marketing trends as well as keep an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace so they can stay ahead of competition.
This role involves creating innovative and engaging campaigns, analysing market trends, managing a small team & projects, and ensuring that the company's marketing objectives align with overall business goals. The social media executive will collaborate with other departments to enhance the brand's brand presence, drive customer engagement, retention and conversion.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute integrated digital and offline marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
Allocate resources efficiently, track expenses, and ensure that marketing initiatives deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring high ROI and resource optimization.
Lead team performance to meet KPIs across monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Marketing Calendar & Campaigns
Conceptualise, plan and implement creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to target audiences. Responsible for Garden Ville's content marketing.
Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
Public Relations
Craft and execute a cohesive PR strategy to strengthen Garden Ville's online and offline presence.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and present performance reports, ensuring ongoing strategy refinement.
Align findings with internal stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
Vendor & Partner Management
Source, negotiate, and manage external partners and agencies to execute marketing strategies.
Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with brand standards and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
2-3 years of marketing experience, with 2+ years in a social media executiveial role.
Proven ability to develop and execute digital + offline marketing strategies.
Strong background in
content creation, copywriting, and campaign planning.
Skilled in budget management, ROI analysis, and KPI tracking.
Proficient in social media platforms
Strong leadership and team management experience.
Strong understanding of customer behaviour, branding, and market trends.
Previous work in luxury, events, or lifestyle brands is mandatory.
