Job Description

We are currently seeking a

Senior Social Media and Brand Strategist

focused on the Dubai market for a premium chocolate brand. This part-time role is ideal for someone with

extensive experience in social media strategy, branding, and lead generation

in the food/confectionery industry.


As a creative strategist, you'll have

full ownership of strategy creation and implementation

, with a focus on

growing social media followers

(Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and exploring

multi-channel marketing ideas

. Proven experience in leading digital efforts for brands is essential, along with a

strong knowledge of the UAE market

.



Working hours

: Part-time, 20 hours/week

Salary

: Starting at $1000/month, flexible depending on experience

Location

: Remote, flexible schedule aligned with Philippine time (9 AM-6 PM)

Responsibilities

:

Develop and implement social media strategies, focusing on

Instagram and other channels

. Craft compelling content to grow brand presence and

engage customers

.

Generate leads

and

drive social media growth

by showcasing your creativity across various platforms.

Requirements

:

5+ years of experience in

social media marketing and branding

. Experience in

growing follower bases and engagement

. Expertise in the

UAE market

, particularly the

chocolate/confectionery sector

. Strong creativity,

strategic thinking

, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred

:

Experience working with

halal or Muslim brands

.
