We are looking for a highly creative and strategic

Head of Social Media & Creative Content

to lead our digital presence across all platforms. This role will oversee the

Social Media, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Videography, and Editing

teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging, impactful visuals, and engaging multimedia content. The ideal candidate will be both a creative visionary and a results-driven strategist.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with brand goals. Lead and manage the social media, design, and multimedia teams. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.

Social Media Management:

Oversee all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotional calendars. Track performance metrics and optimize engagement and reach.

Digital Marketing:

Collaborate with the marketing team to drive online traffic through SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social campaigns. Monitor ROI and analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.

Creative Direction:

Ensure high-quality, on-brand visual content across all platforms. Guide graphic designers to produce compelling static and animated designs.

Videography & Editing:

Supervise video shoots and direct storytelling for campaigns, events, and brand content. Oversee video editing and post-production to ensure quality and message consistency.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, HR, and product teams to support company-wide communication and branding initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Media, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and creative content production. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro or Premiere, and social media tools. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Portfolio of past work (designs, campaigns, videos, etc.) is a plus.
