We're looking for a

results-driven Social Media Lead Generation Strategist

to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that turn followers into qualified leads. You'll play a key role in building and executing strategies that attract, engage, and convert audiences across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linked-in, YouTube, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

l Develop and execute

lead generation strategies

across social media platforms.

l Create and manage

content funnels

that drive engagement and conversions.

l Set up and optimize

lead magnets

, landing pages, and CTAs.

l Run

targeted ad campaigns

(if applicable) using Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

l Collaborate with design and content teams for high-converting creatives.

l Monitor, track, and report on KPIs: CPL (cost per lead), conversion rate, ROAS, etc.

l Use tools like

Meta Business Suite

,

LinkedIn Campaign Manager

, or

HubSpot

for campaign management.

l Test and optimize audience targeting, ad copy, creatives, and formats.

l Build and maintain lead lists, integrate with CRM or email marketing tools.

l Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes.

Ideal Candidate:

l 2-5 years experience in

social media marketing or lead generation

l Proven track record of

driving qualified leads

from social platforms.

l Solid understanding of

funnel marketing

lead scoring

retargeting

.

l Hands-on experience with

social media ad platforms

l Familiarity with tools like

Canva

l Strong copywriting and analytical skills.
