Job Title: Social Media Executive (Real Estate - Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Executive with proven experience in Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO, and related digital marketing technicalities--ideally within the real estate sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can independently manage multiple platforms, drive lead generation, and enhance online brand visibility for our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored to real estate audiences. Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns with a focus on conversion and ROI. Create, test, and implement paid social media campaigns with targeting precision. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO to improve search rankings and website traffic. Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging and effective posts. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates relevant to real estate.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a real estate focus. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). Solid understanding of lead funnels, retargeting, and marketing automation. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
