About the Role:
As a Social Media Executive, you will assist with managing all social media channels and campaigns that you are assigned to. Your job role includes managing and creating of contents that drives brand and engages customers. You should be intellectually curious with strong analytical skills and an exceptional ability to interpret data and communicate insights and findings. You are also a creative thinker and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the in-house production team to conceptualize and develop visuals and video content.
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
Creating performance reports, analytics and regular reports with KPI to evaluate the success of campaigns
Creating content strategies and presenting to clients.
Plan and execute data-driven social media campaigns for brand initiatives, product launches, partnerships, and events.
Run and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media.
Assist in A/B testing of ads.
Help manage and track marketing budgets effectively.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or any other relevant field related field preferred.
Proven 1-2 years experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Hands-on experience with social media management tools.
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategy based on performance.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
