About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and hands-on

Content & Social Media Executive

to support our Account Manager and Content Creation team in executing our clients' social media strategies. This role bridges between planning and execution: handling content posting, client visits for UGC, and coordination with our media team and videographer.

You'll be essential in turning strategies into real content, keeping platforms alive and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Implement social media calendars and posting schedules Publish posts, reels, stories across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn... Monitor platforms, update content, and ensure timely posting

Content Creation Support

Visit clients to shoot behind-the-scenes content, stories, and short-form videos Assist the videographer during shoots (setups, directions, organizing) Participate in content brainstorming sessions Collect content ideas, trending topics, and formats

Team Coordination

Brief designers and editors (remote team) to produce visuals and videos Ensure all briefs are clear, with references and timelines Track progress and follow up on deliverables

Collaboration

Work under the direction of the Account Manager for calendar planning Provide input on content ideas and captions when needed Maintain alignment with branding and campaign goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in content creation or social media execution Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current trends Confident using mobile phone to shoot short videos and photos Excellent coordination and communication skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus) Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
