Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and digitally-savvy
Social Media Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage daily social activity across key platforms, help grow audience engagement, and bring digital campaigns to life through flawless execution. You'll work closely with the content and creative teams to ensure that every post, story, and interaction reflects the voice and vision of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Content Scheduling & Publishing:
Plan and publish daily content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) using native tools or schedulers.
Community Management:
Actively monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags to foster engagement and build brand trust.
Campaign Coordination:
Assist in executing digital campaigns, launches, and promotions in alignment with brand objectives and timelines.
Social Listening & Monitoring:
Track conversations, mentions, and relevant trends to inform strategy and identify opportunities for engagement.
Performance Tracking:
Generate weekly and monthly reports using analytics tools to measure performance, growth, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration with Creative Teams:
Work closely with content creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure consistent and on-brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
Trend Research:
Stay up to date with platform updates, trending formats, and cultural moments to keep content fresh, timely, and relevant.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in a creative or agency environment.
Solid understanding of key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their respective best practices.
Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Meta Business Suite, Sprout, etc.).
Strong communication skills with a keen sense for tone, timing, and brand voice.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
